I've been using cloth pads for a couple years and these are the most comfortable ones I've tried. Being able to swap between one or two inserts depending on the day is really handy, plus they wash up clean with no staining.
Two inserts means I can actually adjust for my heaviest days instead of guessing, and the pad stays put through a full workday. Rinsing them takes two minutes and they've held up after months of washing.
Wasn't sure about cloth at first but the two inserts make it easy to adjust for a light day versus a heavier one. The cotton feels soft against skin and rinses clean without much scrubbing.
