I was nervous about leaks on my heaviest days, so I popped this insert into my night pad and it's been a total game changer. The organic cotton feels just as soft as the pad itself, and being 7.5" long it covers plenty. Honestly wish I'd bought two.

Bought this to layer into my day pad on heavier days and the organic cotton feels noticeably softer than the synthetic boosters I've used. Only wish it were a touch longer than 7.5 inches so it wouldn't shift toward the back.
