This flared organic cotton insert provides additional absorbency over an extended coverage area, to help you avoid leaks! Insert does not have wings.
Insert is approx. 12" long. Menstrual pads made with 100% cotton fabric.
I bought this as an extra insert for heavier nights and it's made a real difference — the extended coverage actually reaches where I need it. The organic cotton feels soft against skin, and layering it in my holder kept me leak-free through the whole night.
I bought extra inserts to double up on my heaviest nights and haven't had a single leak since. The organic cotton feels noticeably softer than the synthetic ones I used before, and the extra length covers way more area.
The flared shape is a lifesaver for overnight side-sleeping, and it adds just the right amount of coverage to my usual nighttime setup. I've been using it for two cycles now and haven't dealt with a single leak, which was my main worry. It's also a lot trimmer than I expected for extra absorbency.
