I've been using these as backup with my cup on light days and they stay put without bunching, which is more than I can say for disposables. Only thing is they take a while to air dry after washing. For spotting and daily discharge they're exactly what I needed.

The organic cotton layer feels way less scratchy than the synthetic liners I used before, and it handles daily discharge fine. Only gripe is the absorbency, it's really just for light days, so I still switch to something heavier mid-cycle.
