Each Night Pad Plus is customizable with one holder and two long, flared inserts, with full absorbency equivalent to a standard overnight maxi pad. At 14" long with a unique flared design, the tapered ends help prevent leaks whether you’re a front, back or side sleeper, making them perfect for heavy overnight periods or postpartum recovery.

Try the Organic Night Pad if you’d like the same pad length, but with shorter inserts.
